THE FASHION ASSISTANT

BodyCard offers free fashion consultation to all customers. As the Fashion Assistant it is our duty to help customers look their best for special occasions! We provide fashion consultation, styling tips, feedback and recommendations. We listen, understand and decide!

We will even shop for you!

If BodyCard does not have something you love we will help assist you with shopping with

other consumers.

What is your return policy?

 

We want you to slay in your BodyCard OKAY! If not, All BodyCard merchandise may be returned for EXCHANGE only within 14 days of upon arrival. Items must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged, with all tags attached. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please email us at info@shopbodycard or complete the feedback box above with the subject titled "RETURN" listing the reason for return. The return shipping cost will be at the cost of the customer. Items not worn, washed and with tags attached will be returned within 14 days upon arrival. A store credit of the original price will be issued after inspection.  

How do I track my order?

 

Your order can be tracked with the United States Postal Service. Please visit their website for more tracking details at https://www.usps.com or click the "Track My Order" below.
